Back in Arusha
I just finished up my homestay! Now I’m back with the Russell’s starting to help them and the Wild Hope team with all sorts of fun stuff. I am so excited to for this next chapter! Bwana Asifiwe! Praise the Lord!

We just got back from a few days in the bush with the Maasai. It was totally awesome. They are such an amazing people group with a church that is on fire. We were able to see ostrich, impala, gazelle, dik dik, giraffe, and some other antelope I can’t name. Right now the Maasai are experiencing a tremendous drought that is killing off their cattle, and to them, their cattle is their everything. ...
I am blessed.
I have to say that I am blessed. And I am surrounded by people who bless me. For most people, this comes in the form of an encouraging word or a free meal. Alas for me, those who love me choose other forms to display their endearment, say for instance turning my room into a Pretty Pink Princess Party and Edward Cullen Shrine (see post from Sept. 19) or adorning my car with lovely bathroom...
